バーナーワークでガラス繊維を作り、膜状に組み上げました。
光の照らし方次第で「外敵から身を守る強さ」や「有るけれど無いような存在の希薄さ」など様々な表情を見せます。
作品を通して見える向こう側や、ガラスに反射する姿にも注目して頂きたいです。
I made glass fibers by lampworking and then assembled them into a membrane. Depending on how it is lit, this work shows varied expressions like the strength to protect itself from external enemies or a sparse existence that is there but seems nonexistent. I would also like to draw attention to the views seen on the other side, through the artwork, and the shapes reflecting on the glass.
